So here I am.. doing something very out of my comfort zone.  I like to remind myself to practice what I preach.. and one is to try new things, get out of the comfort zone once in a while.  Another is that writing helps us process and understand things.  So I feel like this whole blogging idea would be a great way to combine both of these.  My blog will be focusing on issues in mental health, both to inform and to discuss and process.  I hope to get to the point where I have followers to have some meaningful conversations about the mental health topics I post about.
